Once the rear wheels sense slippage, it automatically sends power to the front wheels to get you out of the most demanding situations. Engage the on-demand switch when driving in mud, dirt, snow, or gravel. Also, use this when driving over tree logs, up steep inclines, or on extremely uneven terrain.
