ON-DEMAND 4X4 - AUTOMATICALLY SHIFTS FOR YOU: Landmaster 4x4s come with switch-activated, on-demand 4x4. When this switch is on, you will remain in 4x2 mode to conserve fuel. Once the rear wheels sense slippage, it automatically sends power to the front wheels to get you out of the most demanding situations. Engage the on-demand switch when driving in mud, dirt, snow, or gravel. Also, use this when driving over tree logs, up steep inclines, or on extremely uneven terrain.
